• Can I upgrade a package after I purchase the original package?

  Yes, after buying any of the single year packages you can upgrade to another single year package at any time simply by paying the difference. You can upgrade the multiyear Headstart packages by paying the difference between the two packages at the time of upgrading.Some readers

• Can I add on items after I purchase the original package?

  After your initial purchase, you can buy any of the additional items that are available. However after the initial purchase, the price of the item may increase as some items have a discounted price when purchasing at the same time as the preparation package.Some readers

• Do you offer payment plans / instalments?

  Unfortunately we do not offer payment plans. We do have short-term Essential packages. Or, you could order an Essential package and then upgrade to Premium package at any time by paying the difference. • When can I get access to learning materials and book online sessions such as the UCAT workshop, weekly classes, etc?

  Paying by credit card If paying by credit card, and if the transaction is successful (99% of them are), you will get immediate access. Failed transactions are usually due to delays in entering credit card details.   When it takes too long to enter all CC details, the form times out and therefore the purchase is unsuccessful. Your product choice is lost from the shopping cart.
