• Why isn’t my discount code working?

  The points below are some of the more common reasons for your discount code to not be working, as well as suggestions to remedy it. You might have entered the code incorrectly. In which case please try to enter the code again. You may have waited too long so that the code has now expired. In which case please check where you got the code to check if/when the code expires. • I'm a returning student, but the last year's student discount is not applying in my cart.

  The past student discount is applied automatically upon checkout. If it does not apply, there may be several reasons: You have to be a MedEntry student in the immediate preceding year, not 2 or 3 years before. You are renewing a short term package within the same UCAT cycle. The renewing student discount only applies when a package is purchased at the start of a new UCAT cycle.
