Why can’t I book a workshop?

With a Premium-Group package you book your workshop anytime after purchasing, provided you have ‘completed’ your group.

Reasons for not being able to book your workshop would be because you haven’t completed your group please check the following:

You need at least one other person to ‘complete’ your group


If you have invited a person and you can’t book your workshop please:

Check that the person you invited has also brought a Premium-Group package and has accepted your invite to join the group.

Check that the email address of the person you invited is correct

Check that the email address of the person you invited is the same as the email address they used to purchase the Premium-Group package


If you are trying to join a group:

If you haven’t received the invite email with the group number:

Please contact the person who invited you and make sure they used your correct email address
If you have received the invite email with the group number:

Please make sure you are inputting the correct group number.
Please contact the person who invited you and make sure that your invitation hasn’t been accidentally cancelled.
