# I’ve just bought a new package. How can I reset my past questions?


Purchasing a new package does not automatically reset your attempts from your previous package. You can reset your attempts in one of two ways.  
  
*   You can reset your own attempts by following the steps below:
  
  
*   While logged into MedEntry’s Online Learning Platform click your name/avatar in the top right corner and click on ‘Settings’
  
*   Click on ‘Reset Past Attempts’ and choose what you want to reset
  
  
*   Contact MedEntry and ask us to reset it for you along with what you want to reset.
