How do I access online expert support?
Students with online expert support available to them can send us an email with the details, and request help with any specific question or resource on the MedEntry platform and an expert online tutor will respond.
This can be done when:
Reviewing a question - click on ‘Report’ and as the Subject choose ‘I don't understand the question or the solution’
During an attempt - click on the MedEntry logo in the bottom right hand corner and click ‘Report Error’ and as the Subject choose ‘I don't understand the question or the solution’
