How can I change the date of the workshop that I have booked?

You can change the date of your Workshop at any time so long as the one you want to move into is not full, and/or it is not the day of your workshop.

To change the date of your UCAT Workshop:

• Log into the Online Learning Platform

• In the left navigation bar click on the ‘Live Events’

• That will open the drop-down options which will allow you to click ‘Dr. Ray’s Workshop’

• After clicking ‘Dr. Ray’s Workshop’ you will have the option to move your UCAT Workshop by clicking ‘Move’ to view available bookings

• Select the new workshop date you would like and then confirm

Note: You can not change your workshop booking the day of the workshop. If you are unable to attend, please contact us and we will move your booking to a more suitable date.
